Sankesh Abbhi - President
As the president, and founder, of Synowledge, Sankesh Abbhi has overseen the unprecedented and sustained growth of Synowledge since its inception in 2006. Under his lead, Synowledge has solidified its place as a global market leader in drug safety and IT services, and has established a significant presence in the North American, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to founding Synowledge, Sankesh held senior account management positions within Aris Global, a leading provider of integrated software solutions for life sciences companies. Sankesh is a graduate of Columbia University with a BA in Economics.

Ashok Katti - VP, Global Delivery
Ashok Katti has been working with life sciences companies, providing IT and implementation services, for over 16 years. His extensive experience with application and infrastructure management has provided him with a strong understanding of what it takes to maintain complex backend processes. Prior to joining Synowledge in 2006, Ashok held senior positions at Aris Global, implementing and supporting the Aris Global suite of products, as well as managing professional services and customer support groups. With his vast experience working with life sciences companies in both IT and drug safety, Ashok heads the Global Delivery function for both IT and Drug Safety services.

John Willis, CPA, MBA - VP, IT & ERP Services
John J. Willis has been in the software industry specializing in ERP consulting services for more than 15 years. Having joined Synowledge in 2006, his experience includes implementation, customization, and migration of most ERP applications, as well as the integration of third party applications. John is a Certified Public Accountant, and has a BS in Economics as well as an MBA in Accounting.

Dr. Seema Jaitly, Ph.D - Director, EU Pharmacovigilance & Risk Management, QPPV
Serving as Director of EU Pharmacovigilance & Risk Management and Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV), Dr. Seema Jaitly comes to Synowledge with over 13 years of experience in drug safety, clinical trials, and medical affairs. In her previous role, Dr. Jaitly led a global pharmacovigilance group that supported over 100 countries. A physician by training, Dr. Jaitly has extensive large pharma, CRO, and affiliate experience. Additionally, Dr. Jaitly has significant expertise in the areas of medical devices and cosmetics.

Dr. Jacinta Aniagolu Johnson, Ph.D - Director, Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management
Dr. Jacinta Aniagolu is a trained biomedical and clinical research scientist, an AE/ADR signal analysis, pharmacovigilance , risk management and drug safety surveillance subject matter expert. She has 17 years of combined expertise and cross-functional knowledge in biomedical and clinical drug development research, drug safety surveillance, pharmacovigilance, and risk management. Over the past ten years, she has also focused on signal detection and evaluation as an integral component of pharmacovigilance and risk management. Dr. Aniagolu has published papers in peer-review journals, and has presented papers and posters at US DIA, Euro DIA, PharmaEd and ISPE conferences. As the Director of Pharmacovigilance & Risk Management at Synowledge, Dr. Aniagolu provides leadership, guidance, and subject matter expertise in the areas of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance, and medical/scientific affairs. Dr. Aniagolu develops signal analysis, descriptive algorithms, and standardized methodology for pre- and post-market adverse event databases, including regulatory databases. She conducts and supervises data mining analysis, performed by applying statistical algorithms, such as PRR, MGPS, and BCPNN. She also performs signal detection and evaluation reviews, qualitative signal trend analyses using a graphical tool, writes signal analysis reports, and develops SOPs, REMS, RMPs, RiskMAPs and other drug safety and clinical drug development-related documents. |
