Release and Change Management |
As your application requirements change, the AIMS team expeditiously processes and executes your change requests; creates IQ, OQ and PQ validation scripts; executes those scripts; and provides release notes and communication to your users. Further, our staff will schedule critical issues in a patch release, working with Aris Global release management and product engineering to quickly validate and deploy.

Database Administration |
The AIMS staff provides comprehensive database administration services, including performance monitoring and tuning, data volume management, query analysis, SQL script, and procedure execution.

User and Configuration Management |
Our AIMS staff can manage user accounts, including roles, privileges, and security. In addition, AIMS manages all updates to applications parameters, set-up and configuration requirements. Configuration changes—including workflow, screen and distribution rule modifications, and updates to libraries—are performed under change management.

Query and Report Development and Deployment |
Depending upon your requirements, the AIMS team will gather your requirements for custom reports and queries. As your business demands new reports or queries, our staff will create and test QBE queries, gather your reporting requirements, schedule their development, and test and deploy them for you.

Dictionary Management |
Our staff will load MedDRA and WHO DRL dictionaries, perform MedDRA upgrades, and analyze and recode dictionaries twice each year.

IT Services |
As required, Synowledge AIMS will apply hot fixes and patches to Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer. Our Microsoft-certified staff can assist your IT department by troubleshooting system issues, and monitoring systems performance.
